![]() ![]() Its great for getting through the game first time around, but speed is more important for farming imo. My hybrid sorc can farm most things, which is nice, but the clear times arent anything special. Without the very best gear, no character in the game can do everything well. Meteorb is decent overall, but yea the damage is roughly half what you would have being a pure element. You can use it to your advantage to get maximum trade value out of rare finds. The Meteorb Sorceress deals enough damage to be able to kill fast even in 8 players games, and she can deal with anything that comes her way. Regardless of your stance on it, people are highly likely to use it as currency. After getting decently geared, you could rush people for drops+hellforge. Other builds that I think are at least decent on a fresh-start Sorceress, but will not be included in this guide include: Chain Lightning / Frozen Orb, Blizzard / Nova, pure Blizzard, Blizzard / Fire Wall, Frozen Orb / Hydra, and Fireball / Nova. You could farm ancient tunnels with quite a few different characters. Ideally, you want to start farming something lucrative as early as possible.īog standard is a MF Sorc to run Andy/Meph, picked because it's relatively easy, effective and doesn't require difficult gear.īut that's not the only way to gear up. ![]() Instead of looking for the strongest, look for the best starter builds. You aren't going to be able to run the strongest builds from the start because they're completely dependent on items and runes words you won't have access to.
